ARCHIVED PRESS RELEASE: LCGHD Seeks Additional Community Input

Lake County General Health District is offering residents two additional opportunities to provide input on the 2019 Lake County Community Health Needs Assessment, as well as upcoming Lake County community health improvement planning activities.

The preliminary executive summary of the 2019 Lake County Community Health Needs Assessment is open for public comment at https://www.lcghd.org/2019-community-health-needs-assessment/.  To provide feedback, please contact Dr. Matthew Nichols at mnichols@lcghd.org.  Please note this document is only a draft; the full report will be released in the coming months.

Lake County residents are also invited to complete the 2019 Lake County Quality of Life Survey, which is located at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2019QofL.  The 13-question survey is anonymous, should take no longer than two minutes to complete, and seeks to determine your level of satisfaction with the quality of life in Lake County.  As this survey was last completed in 2015, results will be compared to determine areas of success and opportunities for improvement.  Additionally, these results will aid Lake County General Health District and several Lake County community organizations as they work through the community health improvement planning process.
