All recommended childhood vaccines are currently available at the Health District Clinics.
- DTaP
- HIB
- Prevnar 13
- Tdap
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B SEASONAL FLU AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN
- IPV (Polio) 6 months to 18 years of age.
- Rotavirus $15.00 per flu vaccine
- MMR Call 440.350.2554 for an appointment
- Chickenpox (varicella) Parents of the child may also receive a flu shot for $30.00.
- HPV
- Meningitis

The Health District accepts individuals with or without insurance. Payment is $15.00 per vaccine.
No one will be turned away due to financial difficulties.
Free immunization booklets are available at all clinic sites.
A parent or legal guardian must accompany child.
