Maximizing Office Based Immunization (MOBI) Program is a free statewide provider immunization education and training program developed for healthcare providers. This continuing education program, which trains practices in techniques to improve immunzation rates in their practice, is offered throgh the Ohio chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics, and funded by the Ohio Department of Health with technical assistance from the National Immunization Program, Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
MOBI is a one hour in-office continuing education quality improvement program provided by trained vaccine experts. target offices include pediatric and family medicine practices throughout Lake County. MOBI aims to raise immunization rates among Ohio’s children by teaching physicians and their entire staff evidence-based strategies to overcome barriers to immunizations.
