Clinics are held on two Thursday mornings. Call for an appointment at 440-350-2554. Clinics are available to all residents' ages 0-20. They are low cost and intended primarily for families without health insurance that covers a Well Child Visit. Cost is based on a sliding fee scale. Payment in cash or check ONLY is due at time of service or Medicaid Fee for Service or Medicaid Wellcare is accepted.
The Well Child Clinic is funded by a grant through the Ohio Department of Health Child and Family Health Services Division.
