All recommended childhood vaccines are currently available at the Health District Clinics.

  • Prevnar 13
  • Tdap
  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B                          SEASONAL FLU AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN
  • IPV (Polio)                                        6 months to 18 years of age.
  • Rotavirus                                                   $5.00 per child
  • MMR                                               Call 440.350.2554 for an appointment
  • Chickenpox (varicella)          Parents of the child may also receive a flu shot for $10.00.
  • HPV
  • Meningitis

Fee: Low cost vaccines made available to the Health District through the Ohio Deparment of Health  Childhood Vaccine Program.  Payment in cash or check ONLY is due at time of service.  Medicaid is also accepted (Fee for Service, Wellcare and Caresource).

No one will be turned away due to financial difficulties.

Free immunization booklets are available at all clinic sites.

A parent or legal guardian must accompany child.

The Health District offers Childhood Immunization Clinics at the following locations:

1st Tuesday at Willowick location at 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.

Lake County General Health District
33 Mill Street
Painesville, Ohio 44077                      
Second Monday from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
Second Wednesday from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Third Monday from 8:00-10:00 a.m.                   

Mentor Civic Center (above ice arena)
8600 Munson Road
Mentor, Ohio 44060
3rd Wednesday at Mentor Civic Center at 1:30 - 3:00 p.m.
